摘要: Abstract The Cu-doped KTa1−xNbxO3 (KTN) crystals have been grown by flux pulling method. ferroelectric properties of this crystal has studied and its phase transition features revealed the measurements dielectric constant, loss, spontaneous polarization pyroelectric coefficient in temperature range -140° ∼ + 100°C.
