Electrical and Magnetic Properties of BaFe12O19/Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 Composites

摘要: BaFe12O19/Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 (BaM/BST) composites were synthesized via the conventional solid-state reaction method. The phase composition and surface morphology of investigated by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscope (SEM), respectively. electrical magnetic properties also studied. results show that BaM/BST have giant dielectric constants very high remnant magnetizations. behavior is mainly attributed to Maxwell–Wagner polarization.
