摘要: Objective: Gaining too much or little weight in pregnancy (according to Institute of Medicine (IOM) guidelines) negatively affects both mother and child, but many women find it difficult manage their gestational gain (GWG). Here we describe the use intervention mapping protocol design ‘Come On!’, an promote adequate GWG among healthy pregnant women. Design: We used six steps mapping: (i) needs assessment; (ii) formulation change objectives; (iii) selection theory-based methods practical strategies; (iv) development programme; (v) adoption implementation plan; (vi) evaluation plan. A consortium users related professionals guided process development. Results: As a result assessment, two goals for were formulated: helping stay within IOM guidelines GWG; getting midwives adequately support efforts guidelines. To reach these goals, objectives determinants influencing formulated. Theories Transtheoretical Model, Social Cognitive Theory Elaboration Likelihood Model.
