摘要: The biotin-attached G8 molecular transporter (5) was synthesized and used together with quantum dots in preparing the complexes (QD-MT). QD-MT were studied terms of cellular uptake internalization mechanism live HeLa cells aid various known endocytosis inhibitors. It has been concluded that complex is internalized largely by macropinocytosis. mouse tissue distribution i.p. i.v. routes showed some organ selectivity a good ability to cross BBB.
