United States and Western Europe cooperation in planetary exploration

摘要: A framework was sought for U.S.-European cooperation in planetary exploration. Specific issues addressed include: types and levels of possible cooperative activities the sciences; specific or general scientific areas that seem most promising as main focus efforts; potential mission candidates ventures; identification special problems resolution by negotiation between agencies, suggestions their resolutions; coordinated technological instrumental developments missions.
