摘要: Malignant tumors and their various treatments such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy hormonal therapy can deleteriously affect a large number of cancer patients survivors on multiple dimensions psychosocial neurocognitive functioning. Oncology researchers clinicians are increasingly cognizant the negative effects its brain mental processes cognitive outcomes. Nevertheless, effective interventions to treat treatment-related dysfunction (CRND), also known chemobrain, still lacking. The paucity data for CRND is due, at least partly, difficulties understanding etiology, lack reliable methods assessing presence severity. This paper provides an overview incidence, magnitude CRND, discusses plausible contributions psychological, motor function, linguistic behavioral complications CRND.
