摘要: Here, we introduce a 3D-DNA construction method that assembles minimum number of DNA strands in quantitative yield, to give scaffold with large single-stranded arms. This frame is used as core structure organize other functional materials 3D the shell. We use ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) generate block copolymers are covalently attached strands. Site-specific hybridization these DNA-polymer chains on arms gives efficient access DNA-block copolymer cages. These biohybrid cages possess polymer programmably positioned three dimensions and display increased nuclease resistance compared unfunctionalized
