Thermally reversible dental astringent gels

摘要: Thermally reversible dental astringent gels are prepared by admixing and heating a fluid system containing substantially completely hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol of moderate molecular weight solution viscosity, polyhydroxy aromatic gelling agent such as gallic acid, aluminum chloride hydrate water until sample thereof, upon cooling, forms solid, tack-free, elastomeric, thermally gel.
