摘要: ZrC–ZrB2 matrix composites were prepared by reactive hot pressing at 1900 °C using ZrC and LaB6 as raw materials. A new layered phase was found, which made the fracture toughness of enhanced significantly. The incorporation SiC further improved flexural strength composites.
