摘要: α-Ketoglutarate (α-KG), a pivotal metabolite in energy metabolism, has been implicated nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and several cancers. It is recently proposed that plasma α-KG surrogate biomarker of NAFLD. Here, we report the development novel "turn-on" chemosensor for contains coumarin moiety as fluorophore. Using benzothiazole-coumarin (BTC) inspiration, designed probe calcium ion recognition possesses unique fluorophore compared with previously reported probes measurement. This based on specific Schiff base reaction property widely used indicator BTC. The was synthesized, series parallel experiments were conducted to optimize chemical process. Compared initial weak fluorescence, remarkable 7.6-fold enhancement fluorescence intensity (I/I0 at 495 nm) observed conditions which (1 μmol/L), (50 Ca2+ (100 μmol/L) incubated 30 °C EtOH. displayed good selectivity even an environment abundance amino acids other interfering species such glutaric acid. We determined quantitative detection range EtOH between 5 50 μmol/L. Finally, serum loaded (10 mmol/L) showed 7.4-fold enhancement. In summary, detecting through typical discovered. With further optimization, this may be alternative physiological α-KG.
