摘要: The power-analysis software runs on almost any system. easiest way to run it is simply connect the author’s web site, http://www.stat.uiowa.edu/ ~rlenth/Power/, using a Java-capable browser. It can also be without an Internet connection by obtaining file piface.jar (downloadable from same site) and having Java Runtime Environment www.sun.com) installed your All of this free. Several scenarios are available selection list. Each brings up dialog box screen. By design, these dialogs highly interactive. Most them feature sliders that manipulated results those manipulations immediately seen. Sliders convertible text-entry fields when desired. Every has linked graphics dialog; if one or more graphs showing, then they too change dynamically as other controls manipulated. Graphs designed for interaction rather than presentation, but there provision retrieving values plotted pasting into another application.
