RPE cell surface proteins in normal and dystrophic rats.

摘要: Membrane-bound proteins in plasma membrane enriched fractions from cultured rat RPE were analyzed by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Membrane characterized on three increasingly specific levels. Total protein was visualized silver staining. A maximum of 102 separate counted silver-stained gels. Glycoproteins labeled with 3H-glucosamine or 3H-fucose and detected autoradiography. Thirty-eight fucose-labeled 61-71 glucosamine-labeled identified. All the glucosamine-derived radioactivity.
