UV-irradiated thermoluminescence studies of bulk CdS with trap parameter

摘要: The present paper reports synthesis and thermoluminescence studies of bulk CdS. absorption spectra are observed reported. band gap energy the CdS corresponding to edge pure was 2.61 eV. We calculated kinetic parameters such as activation (E), order kinetics (b), frequency factor (s) with trap parameter. found that shape μ in range 0.27–0.32 showed first-order kinetics. value 1.55–2.17 eV 1.49 × 1015–6.6 × 1020 s−1.
