摘要: Dendritic recordings from hippocampal pyramidal cells suggest that bursts of action potentials—riding on a depolarizing wave and terminating in slow calcium-mediated spike—can be generated locally the dendrites, as well at soma. These data necessitated revision our earlier model which soma are by interaction two spatially separated conductance systems—a fast-spike sodium mechanism slow-spike calcium apical dendrite. We have introduced into CA3 neuron experimentally testable concepts: voltage-dependent inactivation Ik partial ICa Ca2+ ion. With these mechanisms, accurately reproduces either or dendrites sets conductances all located same respective membrane region. The is also capable bursting repetitively response to continuous stimulation.
