Response of ligninolytic macrofungi to the herbicide atrazine: dose-response bioassays.

摘要: Abstract The effect of atrazine concentrations on mycelial growth and ligninolytic enzyme activities eight native macrofungi isolated in Veracruz, Mexico, were evaluated a semi-solid culture medium. Inhibition rates significantly affected ( p  = 0.05) by (468, 937, 1875, 3750 mg/l). In accordance with the median effective concentration (EC 50 ), Pleurotus sp. strain 1 proved to be most tolerant isolate = 2281.0 mg/l), although its activity was not highest. Pycnoporus sanguineus 2, Daedalea elegans Trametes maxima showed high laccase (62.7, 31.9, 29.3 U mg/protein, respectively) without (control); however, this increased 2 Cymatoderma 1) enzymatic P. T. ) could considered for future studies mycodegradation. Furthermore, study confirms that can increase MnP macrofungi.
