It apparent that it can be confused with the sprue syndrome or a deficiency state small bowel. interesting final diagnosis was made only by microscope. The gross anatomical findings at necropsy were misleading. This entity, unknown etiology, clinical significance mainly in differential intractable diarrhea. should included because carries much more serious prognosis, usually fatal, than other diseases.
