Two internal critiques of political constitutionalism

摘要: The antagonism between legal and political constitutionalism has almost monopolized the discussion on constitutional theory during last years. For this reason, been assessed mainly as an alternative to constitutionalism. Moving beyond perspective, article intends focus exclusively its internal tensions. After having outlined main tenets of theory, two critiques are put forward, both concerning understanding aspect constitutionalism: first, constitutionalists propose a reductive account principle equality; second, their exclusive ordinary politics centre life is misleading precludes correct evaluation politics.
