摘要: Dhanbad is the largest producer of coal in state Jharkhand, India, and hence, it one most important cities country. Considering present-day importance future growth city, assessment seismic hazard extremely needed, especially for mining authorities city planners. The prime objective this study to develop map City bedrock level following deterministic approach. In view absence region-specific Ground Motion Prediction Equations, concept logic tree comprising four different attenuation models adopted. It observed that Peak Acceleration range 0.10–0.26 g may be expected city. Specifically, southern blocks such as Baghmara, Jharia Baliapur are found vulnerable hazard. Besides, developed divided into zones smooth acceleration response spectrums proposed per seismicity parts
