摘要: The present invention demonstrates that a receptor, named DC-SIGN, is specifically expressed on dendritic cells, and facilitates infection of T lymphocytes with HIV. Assays for identifying compounds modulate the interaction DC-SIGN HIV and/or cells macrophage are provided. Compounds so identified also part invention.
