摘要: A telecommunication apparatus, e. g. a radio base station in mobile telecommunications network, comprises plurality of traffic handling units and power supply powering the units. Control means are provided for determining budget based on criterion. The control activate an amount having total consumption equal to or less than budget. criterion can comprise any related parameter, such as solar cell generated power, charging condition backup battery, value mains voltage, failure unit etc.
