摘要: The present invention relates to a method in CDMA-based communication system for power allocation and control of the downlink channels base station having fixed maximum permitted level. includes steps estimating total needed subsequent time interval and, if necessary, restricting selected subsets user equipments by means rejecting their requests increase. Admission congestion is done analyzing evaluating number rejected from said equipments.
