摘要: In an investigation of deoxynivalenol (DON)-transformation products by Devosia mutans 17-2-E-8, the major product was identified as 3-epi-DON. This DON-transformation analysed liquid chromatography and congruent retention time UV/Vis spectrum, well mass spectrometric data. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiments including correlation spectroscopy (COSY), heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC) nuclear overhauser effect (NOE) were conducted for structural characterisation High-speed counter-current (HSCCC) applied to scale up separation 3-epi-DON from DON in a D. 17-2-E-8 culture. From culture where 100 mg applied, 56 (purity 96.8%) obtained HSCCC. The purified will be used toxicological studies this chemical.
