摘要: Few studies have addressed the modifications in visual information processing brought about by taking hypnotic substances. The present experiment with healthy subjects investigated residual effects of a single night-time dose hypnotics on collision anticipation capacities next morning. Visual sequences simulated movement driver approaching an intersection where another vehicle was arriving. Ten participants had to estimate, as quickly possible, whether other would arrive before or after them at intersection. They were tested having taken capsule zolpidem (10 mg), zopiclone (7.5 flunitrazepam (1 mg) placebo. results show no molecules. Only flunitrazepam, benzodiazepine long half-life, appears cause focus their attention element which, while relevant for task (a road sign playing role spatial reference), is not used correctly.
