摘要: An apparatus for use with propeller type aspirating aerators preventing the formation of vortices near an aerator in a substance which is driven. The device comprises mobile floatable shield floats on aerated and eliminates vortex by being drawn into one vortex's own swirling motion contacting vortex. may be flexibly attached to frame also houses aerator. Because not connected aerator, surface mobile, many problems faced prior art devices have been eliminated: easier cheaper manufacture; material does wedge between shield; any are visible; stops virtually all vortices; vibration eliminated.
