摘要: The article is dedicated to the 70th birthday of Vladimir Aleksandrovich Artemiev, senior researcher at Ocean Optics Laboratory IO RAS. This a unique electronics specialist who directly performs scientific research and provides this opportunity others. V.A. Artemyev has been developing improving optical equipment for marine expeditionary over 40 years; Among devices he developed are an underwater irradiance meter (Alfamer device), three types submersible transparent meters (PUM, PUM-A, PUM-200). Member more than 60 sea expeditions from Arctic Antarctic about two dozen coastal marine. Conducted measurements brightness solar radiation depths up 300 m in Philippine Sea, diving on Pysis manned vehicle (PA), Black Sea Argus PA. irreplaceable employee both terms his business human qualities: contact, benevolent, always ready help, creating friendly atmosphere team. Coauthor 80 publications one invention patent. Has state awards.
