摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter highlights the evolutionary and ecophysiological responses of mountain plants to growing season environment. The their environment are due a complex mixture genetic environmental influences. Plants on mountains experience reduced temperatures vapor pressures with altitude, as well reduction in partial pressure air. There many morphological, physiological, biochemical features that change such decrease stature. Model simulations canopy energy balance CO2 fixation indicate structure leaf area index (LAI) strongly influence both photosynthetic rate (A) ratio 13C 12C (δ13C) leaves. δ13C measurements expanded leaves provide time integral discrimination during life leaf; they also include some unknown contribution from photosynthate exported or remobilized other organs. model simulations, for just period peak irradiance day, gas exchange dependent its aerodynamic coupling plant canopy, air at reference height above canopy.
