摘要: Abstract In this work, a one-step approach to facile preparation of organic–inorganic hybrid monoliths was successfully developed. After vinyl-end organic monomers and azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) were mixed with hydrolyzed tetramethoxysilane (TMOS) 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane (MPTMS), the homogeneous mixture introduced into fused-silica capillary for simultaneous polycondensation “thiol-ene” click reaction form organic-silica monoliths. By employing strategy, two types positively charged quaternary ammonium amide groups prepared, respectively. The functional onto during sol–gel process reaction, which demonstrated by ζ-potential assessment, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. porous structure prepared monolithic columns examined scanning electron microscopy (SEM), nitrogen adsorption–desorption measurement, mercury intrusion porosimetry. These results indicate possess column bed, large specific surface area, good mechanical stability, excellent permeability. then applied anion-exchange/hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography. Different analytes, including benzoic acids, inorganic ions, nucleosides, nucleotides, well separated high efficiency around 80,000–130,000 plates/m. Taken together, we present universal strategy prepare variety using approach.
