摘要: Single crystal synchrotron diffraction for pressures up to 50 GPa has revealed an essential difference in structural properties and compressibility of MnGe compared with Mn1−x Co x Ge Fe solid solutions. A negative thermal expansion been observed at low-temperatures high-pressures. The single refinement shown a discontinuous change the atomic coordinates Mn–Ge interatomic distances contrast Mn0.1Co0.9Ge. These peculiarities are likely be associated high-spin–low-spin transition. relation between anisotropy coordination Mn-atom its magnetic moment is discussed.
