摘要: Aim. To investigate the role of miR-26b and Mcl-1 in TRAIL-inducing cell death hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods. The expression HCC was detected by RT-qPCR western blot. regulation determined luciferase reporter assay. MTT flow cytometry were employed to detect viability apoptosis. Results. is commonly downregulated lines compared with LO2 line. In contrast, upregulated lines. Bioinformatic analysis identified a putative target site mRNA for assay showed that directly targeted 3′-UTR (3′-Untranslated Regions) mRNA. Transfection mimics suppressed cells sensitized cancer TRAIL (tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand) cytotoxicity. addition, transfection plasmid abolished sensitization effect Conclusions. Our study negative regulator gene apoptosis cells, suggesting miR-26b-Mcl-1 pathway might be novel treatment HCC.
