摘要: We have had five dreams to challenge through our life. To meet end, we needed imaginary compounds, 1-hydroxytryptophans. This review describes how conceived the 1-hydroxyindole hypothesis, created a general synthetic method for 1-hydroxyindoles after 20 years' research, and developed chemistry of 1-hydroxytryptophans with full new findings discoveries. During period, defined "the efficient synthesis" ideal consisting originality rate (OR), intellectual property factor (IPF), application potential (APF).
