Plasma-Free Corticosteroid Response to Electric Shock in Rats Stimulated in Infancy

摘要: Circulating corticosteroids were measured after a brief electric shock in rats which manipulated during infancy. When compared to nonmanipulated controls it was found that the showed significant elevation of as early 15 seconds shock, whereas subjects did not show steroids until 5 minutes shock. Further, levels consistently higher over 15-minute period.
