摘要: The article presents a procedure for assessing the quality of environment, using eggshells birds as biomarker implemented into Bayesian network. An environmental index (EQI) was proposed and calculated on basis local indicators. Experimental data concentrations toxic elements in grey heron (Ardea cinerea) (biomarker river valleys) were used to determine empirical variables (nodes) probability distributions set these variables. A probabilistic graphical model represents multitude relationships between system that enables prediction EQI. presented is useful tool management.
