摘要: PURPOSE: To obtain the titled product having improved shelf stability and dehydrating properties of sludge, by copolymerizing a tertiary amine-containing monomer with an anionic consisting (meth)acrylic acid(salt) nonionic under specific condition. CONSTITUTION: (A) A (e.g. allyldimethylamine, etc.) is copolymerized (B) selected from acid salt thereof (C) acrylamide, in water at pH ≤3.5, preferably pH1.5 to give aimed cation equivalent value Cv 1W4meq/g, Av 0.3W2meq/g ratio Cv/Av 1.5W8.
