摘要: The thermal and degradable properties of carbodiimide (EDC) or glutaraldehyde (GTA) cross-linked gelatin membranes have been investigated in order to evaluate the effects different concentrations two kinds cross-linking reagent on stability membranes. In thermogram recorded from a membrane with EDC solution, endothermic peak 0.8% was centered at about 61°C that higher than other samples treated solutions. Denaturation temperature (Td) increased increasing concentration (0.2% 0.8%), agreement simultaneous extent cross-linking. But GTA 0.05% 0.6%, Td values were decreased 66.2°C 56.3°C . addition, peaks observed 0.4% 0.6% groups because too high complete reaction. Therefore, partial completely but others not. thermogravimetric analysis, proportion cracking (g15G0.6) (g15C0.6). g15G0.6 cracked smaller molecules has absorb more calorific capacity g15C0.6. increase strength covalent binding evident. results rate lower faster degraded membrane. MTT assay showed 15% by least cytotoxicity, cell activity this group similar control (blank dish). As down 0.1% viability returned approach value group.
