摘要: An apparatus is provided for forming gas-filled spheres of metal, glass or other material, which produces (12) uniform size and wall thickness in a relatively simple system. The system includes concentric nozzles, including an inner nozzle (18) through gas flows outer (20), jointly define annular passageway (50) liquid flows. flow rates are adjusted so that the at greater velocity than does liquid, out their respective e.g. three times as great, order to produce extrusion (30) undergoes axisymmetric oscillations resulting pinch off into hollow with very spacing. useful not only where required, but also accurately control dispensing solid, gaseous materials.
