摘要: Cellulose whisker (CW) was synthesized from filter paper by acid hydrolysis. Chitosan –CW microparticles were prepared microemulsion technique using isoniazid as the model drug and glutaraldehyde crosslinker. The characterized Fourier Transmission Infra-red Spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffractometry (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), emission (TEM). effect of cellulose on assessed with regard to swelling, encapsulation efficiency consequently release in different mediums. mechanism studied for time periods UV-visible spectrophotometer. Cytotoxicity test performed MTT assay analysis. results entailed that can be exploited potential carrier controlled applications.
