Extensive initial evaluation did not reveal the underlying cause of his Subsequent biopsies revealed squamous cell carcinoma transformation consistent Marjolin’s ulcer. Timely surgery had been shown to be effective in achieving remission patients ulcers, even presence Therefore, we recommend that wounds and or otherwise unexplained hypercalcemia should evaluated for development ulcers.
