摘要: A dual-purpose bullet is provided consisting of a thermoplastic body, base cap, and pressed powder core. The in the preferred embodiment can either penetrate destroying disrupting large volumes human tissue or not delivering strong shock event creating thermal nuisance. lethal mode achieved by high-velocity launch without ignition igniter mixture less-than-lethal low-velocity with first core softening plastic projectile body.
