摘要: Given the global incidence of prostate cancer and its sociological impact, it remains a challenging disease to clinicians researchers alike. In last few years several new drugs have been added armamentarium therapy offers survival benefit patients with cancer. However, effective are still needed that offer extended alter natural history disease. Recent efforts focused on better understanding underlying biology genetic heterogeneity identified novel targets can be utilized for drug development therapeutics in future. this review we present an overview landscape cancer, results key clinical trials these drugs.
