摘要: Abstract Sex steroids affect adrenal chromaffin cell function. In the present work, we have examined expression and functional significance of membrane androgen receptor sites in normal rat cells PC12 pheochromocytoma line which can differentiate to either a neuronal or an epithelial phenotype expresses estrogen sites. Our data are as follows: (a) no cytosolic receptors were found both cells; (b) types expressed high affinity testosterone binding sites; (c) activation these increased Ca2+, decreased catecholamine secretion induced apoptosis; (d) NGF-induced differentiation resulted suppression number conclusion, our provide evidence for existence specific on via androgens, (some them originating cortex) modulate their Neuronal results significant attenuation effects, suggesting, that latter epithelioid cells.
