摘要: Abstract UV spectrophotometric and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) methods were developed for simultaneous determination of meropenem (MERM) sulbactam sodium (SB) in injection. using 0.1 N hydroxide as solvent. The Beer’s plot dual wavelength method was linear the range 4–24 μg mL−1 2–12 μg mL−1 MERM SB, respectively. percent recoveries found to be 98.52 ± 1.23% 101.45 ± 1.1% SB. Chemometrics assisted spectrophotometry performed Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis model Principal Component Regression (PCR) model. % 100.61 ± 0.06% 101.31 ± 0.12% PLS PCR, SB 98.29 ± 0.09% 97.61 ± 0.13% Chromatography on Hypersil BDS C18 column methanol:acetonitrile:water (10:20:70 v/v/v) mobile phase. retention times 2.9 min 2.25 min, Developed HPLC 50–250 μg mL−1 25–125 μg mL−1 98.85 ± 0.25% 98.63 ± 0.34% analytical did not show any interference excipients when applied pharmaceutical dosage form.
