摘要: This study demonstrates the processing of a cold work tool steel (X220CrVMo13-4) coating using HVOF spraying. The formation was analyzed based on microstructure, phase, hardness, porosity, oxidation, and adhesion characteristics. An online diagnostic utilized to find out in-flight characteristics powder such as temperature velocity during process identify influencing parameters achieve dense coatings with low oxidation. influence size, parameters, demonstrated. results indicated that thick oxidation can be obtained by selection appropriate size parameters.
