摘要: The number of patients needing liver transplantation greatly exceeds the organs that can be obtained from cadavers. Living-donor has therefore received increasing attention. A total 509 such procedures were performed in 2001. procedure involves right hepatic lobe donor into recipient after removal entire diseased liver. In coming years, role this will determined by weighing risk to donors against improvement outcome for recipients.
