摘要: Abstract Cytochrome oxidase activities have been determined and characterized in isolated nuclei, nuclear membranes, chromatin subfractions from rat liver thymus, compared with mitochondrial fractions parallel the same tissues. Spectral data on these were obtained at both room low temperatures. The cytochrome observed (up to about 10% per mg of protein that corresponding fraction) correlate well amounts cardiolipin mitochondria-type cytochromes (a, a3, b, c1) present, as NADH dehydrogenase complex contaminations by electron microscopic morphometry. It does not so succinate (5 7% heavy membranes prepared parallel) but this appears be due higher sensitivity enzyme preparative stress.
