‘One in infinity’: failing to learn from accidents and implications for nuclear safety in India

摘要: Safe operation of nuclear power facilities requires a culture learning, but Indian authorities appear to continuously fail learn the lessons accidents including at they operate. This paper examines how in India responded Fukushima and previous accident one India’s plants, infers what seem have learned from them.
