摘要: Kidney ischemia reperfusion injury is a major cause of morbidity in both allograft and native kidneys. Ischemia reperfusion-induced acute kidney characterized by early, alloantigen-independent inflammation. Major components the innate immune system are activated participate pathogenesis injury, plus prime for rejection. Soluble members immunity implicated include complement system, cytokines, chemokines. Toll-like receptors (TLRs) also important contributors. Effector cells that classic cells, neutrophils macrophages. Recent data has unexpectedly identified lymphocytes as participants early responses. In this review, we will focus on mediators ischemic injury.
