摘要: In order to clarify the degree of localization impurity state, electrical resistivities dilute chromium alloys with Mn, Fe and Co were measured from 1.2°K above their transition temperatures. The resistivity due potential scattering by atom was separated empirically it found that Mn alloy is at most 0.8 µ\(\varOmega\) cm per 1 at. % extremely small compared those Co. This supports view state in Cr not localized, while are considerablly localized. No resistance minimum observed these even very within experimental errors.
