摘要: IT is generally believed that genetic transcription carried out by an enzyme, DNA-dependent RNA polymerase1, which capable of copying DNA sequences into sequences. The enzyme requires and the four naturally occurring ribonucleotide triphosphates to produce a faithful copy template2 in terms base composition, nearest neighbour analysis DNA–RNA hybridization3.
