摘要: Abstract The purpose of the third part this study is to construct a basic lipid model (this includes information regarding total and free saturated, monounsaturated polyunsaturated fatty acid contents, as well saturation double bond indexes, comparisons n-3, n-6, n-7 n-9 acids in normal epithelial tissue, intraepithelial infiltrating lesions cervix) which, together with individual profiles given parts I II study, should provide an understanding turnover acids, especially essential during cervical carcinogenesis. Such can serve sound basis for further studies attempt access disease process. We observed increase values cancer tissue compared decrease saturated tissue. Based on our observations, we speculate that because depletion are synthesized compensate loss; possible source via elongation and/or desaturation. Of particular interest n-3 docosahexaenoic acid, most unsaturated biological systems, detected very small amounts only cells cervix.
