摘要: Graphene quantum dots (GQDs) hold great promise as a new class of fluorophores for bioimaging, owing to their remarkable physicochemical properties including tunable photoluminescence, excellent photostability, and biocompatibility. Despite highly anticipated potentials, GQDs have yet be used specifically label track molecular targets involved in dynamic cellular processes live cells. Here, we demonstrate that can serve universal bioimaging because they readily conjugated with wide range biomolecules while preserving functionalities. As proof-of-concept demonstration, insulin-conjugated been synthesized utilized specific labeling tracking insulin receptors 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Our experiments reveal, the first time, internalization recycling adipocytes are oppositely regulated by apelin TNFα, which may contribute regulations these two cytokines sensitivity.
